Hi, I’m Z. I’m grateful you’re here.

For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in full-time ministry at a local church, walking alongside families, students, and the next generation of leaders. God used that season to deepen my calling to discipleship and to develop in me a passion for helping people grow in every area of life—spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and as leaders.

Today, I’m serving through FCA Sports, helping expand the ministry across Northwest Wisconsin by building gospel-centered sports environments where athletes and coaches are equipped to know and follow Jesus. I believe competitive sports create some of the most formative spaces in our culture, and I love helping teams and volunteers live out the gospel in those environments.

In addition to my ministry with FCA, I also serve as a Marriage and Family Therapist at the Clinic for Christian Counseling. I’m passionate about working with the whole family system—couples, parents, teens, and children—as they navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with each stage of development. Whether through sport or in the therapy room, my heart is to walk with people as they grow toward wholeness and deeper connection.

My wife, Bailee, and I have been married for 12 years, and together we’re raising two incredible daughters, Sofia (10) and Lucia (8). We also have two dogs who are fully convinced they are in charge of the household. Being a husband and father is my greatest joy—and yes, I’m also far too passionate about the Green Bay Packers.

I love seeing lives transformed by Christ, and I’m grateful to play a small part in the work God is doing in our community—on the field, in the home, and everywhere in between.
